Dear Valued Member:

The purpose of this communication is to share with you further details and the
timeline on the work that will take place on the Stadium Course following THE
PLAYERS Championship 2016. In summary, work will include:

Resurfacing the greens with TifEagle Bermudagrass and making slight
modifications to certain areas of the greens on a number of holes to counteract
wear and tear from everyday play and add, in some cases, a new hole location
to further reduce the wear on the greens.

Redesign the 12th hole to create a risk-reward drivable par 4 which will provide
additional excitement on the back nine during THE PLAYERS.

Extensive work on the practice facility, including an expansion of the hitting
space on the professionals back tee and a significant redesign of the floor of
the range to add pitching targets to improve visualization while creating a
world-class practice environment.

In addition to the improvements on the golf course and practice facility, a
significant amount of work will be done to the entry ways to the property as
part of a long-term land use plan that will greatly enhance the overall club and
tournament experience for our members, guests, players, sponsors and fans
for years to come.

All of this work will begin immediately following THE PLAYERS in May with
the reopening scheduled for mid-November, weather permitting.

Please understand that the planned work will be disruptive to the area, however,
the TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse and Dye's Valley golf course will remain
open during this time with very little to no interruption to our
products and services
. The Club will institute a valet service immediately post
PLAYERS providing ease and comfort as you come and go from the club during
this enhancement /construction period.

We thank you in advance for your patience and continued support during this
